Get Motivated with Shannon Hughes

Shannon Hughes began volunteering teaching music to kids in 1996 and did so for 21 years.  Then from there branched into merchant processing and real estate whole selling in Chicago.  In 2016 he began doing motivational videos on social media. From there he launch a daily Motivational Minutes where it garnered a lot of attention.  That led to Shannon being asked to speak to at risk teens and support groups. He also got a chance to speak in a few cities in the United States. In August of 2017 Shannon launched his first book Your Motivational Manual Vol. #1 .  In 2018 was certified by the highly recognized John Maxwell program as a Speaker Coach and Business Consultant. Also in 2018 Shannon launch is fastly growing internet show The Movement on VoiceAmerica which can be heard every Wednesday at 2pm eastern and 11 am pacific.  His 2nd book Your Motivational Manual Vol. #2 will be launched in August 2018. Lastly his 3rd book will be launched late in 2018

Legacy Stories With P.K. Eastman

P.K. Eastman, M.S.W., is founder and CEO of Right Time…Write Now! P.K. believes everyone has a
powerful, compelling story to tell. Her job is to help you find it, define it, refine it and then write
that story and preserve it for your family and future generations. She has dedicated her life to
family and our relationships therein. “Our brains are hardwired for story and it is how we build
connections with family, friends and business associates. When you tell your story you are
transformed and you begin defining your legacy.” When you hear her speak on her favorite subject
you become an instant believer.
P.K. began telling stories to her younger brother at age five, was writing stories by 12, and tutored
students in writing at age 15 in her high school. Her first college degree in English and
Humanities surprised no one. Upon graduating, she returned to High School to teach English and
Creative writing.
Although she loved teaching, P.K. and her husband wanted a family. For the next 14 years, P.K.
transferred her teaching skills to the home as she mothered five children and gave more than
30,000 hours of volunteer service to her church, public schools and various community non-profit
organizations. When her youngest turned two, she decided her next challenge would be Graduate
School. There she earned a Masters Degree in Social Work and during her second year gave birth
to her sixth child.
Five years ago, after a 15 year illness, during which P.K. cared for him, her husband passed away.
They had lost everything. In December 2015 after 60 years living in the clouds and rain of the
Pacific Northwest, she packed up the few possessions she had left, and moved to beautiful St.
George, Utah, where she knew not a soul. “I decided I had to make a choice. I could crawl into a
corner at my brother’s house or the basement of one of my children’s homes and play woe is me for
the rest of my life. Or I could use all the gifts with which the Lord has blessed me, and focus on
building a new life and identity. I chose door number 2. “
Not everyday has been easy, as she will tell you, yet her business is thriving and anyone who meets
her is amazed by the sunshine and energy she brings to into a room. Her six children are
successfully raising families in Oregon, Northern Utah, and Kentucky. P.K. is adept at Social Media
and it is how she stays in close touch with 19 grandchildren, ranging in age from 23 to 2.
